Oregon State Credit Union is here to help our members during the COVID-19 crisis. To reduce your risk of exposure to coronavirus, we recommend you take the safe approach: skip the trip to a branch and use our online services whenever possible.

Branch safety precautions:

• Social distancing and directional signage.

• Masks or face shields that cover mouth and nose required (children under age five exempted).

• Hand sanitizing stations.

• Acrylic shields installed for additional protection.

• Daily branch cleaning and sanitization of work surfaces between member transactions.

• As a safety precaution we are limiting the number of members permitted in a branch lobby. When this limited maximum branch capacity is met, please wait outside until an employee comes to the door, or proceed through one of our drive up lanes.

Note: Due to the pandemic, our branch lobby access is limited, and wait times for our lobbies and drive ups are now longer than usual.
