Q: What does a Teller do?

A: Work face-to-face with the public and handle cash.

A: Teller needs to be outgoing and friendly, accurate handling cash, good with a computer and interested in helping people.

Q: What kind of work does a Financial Services Consultant do?

A: FSCs handle cash but focus on more sophisticated transactions, like loan applications or credit cards. You need to be confident, good with details and a computer, and interested in helping people.

A: If you’ve been a Teller before, or you have experience as a customer service representative or retail key holder, you could be a Financial Services Consultant (FSC).

Q: What is a Call Center Consultant?

A: Call Center Consultants work with people over the phone doing many of the same things that an FSC would do. In addition, they answer general questions posed by members calling our 800 number, and deal with transactions such as account balances, money transfers, making loan payments and assisting with mobile banking account access.

A: If you have enjoyed helping people over the phone and have strong computer skills, this job could be right for you.
